Swaging process

The metal displacement process, developed and patented by R-Theta, the North-American center of Ferraz Shawmut Thermal Management, and referred to as "swaging", creates an interface between the fin and the monolithic baseplate which has no measurable thermal resistance.

When it comes to heatsinks it provides outstanding performance even in the harshest environments.

Cooling System

Ferraz Shamwut Thermal Management has implemented production and workshop facilities to build complete cooling unit including : cooling device itself, fan, pump, monitoring and control apparatus.
Helping the customer while providing a complete cooling solution is an in-house skill of our company.
